Uttarakhand Rains: 3,000 Rescued, 1,000 Still Remain Stranded in Kedarnath

According to Uttarakhand Disaster Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman, rescue and restoration efforts continued in Rudraprayag following heavy rains that damaged the route to Kedarnath Dham.
