The last match of the FIFA World Cup 2018 semi-finals was played on Wednesday with Croatia defeating England in Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium by 2-1 in extra-time to reach FIFA World Cup final for the first time.
All credit for the win goes to the goalscorer Mario Mandzukic for scoring the goal in the second period of extra-time.
The first goal of the match was scored early in the 5th minute by England's Kieran Trippier, much to the joy of the English fans.
The first Croatian ball was netted in the second half in the 68th minute of the match by Ivan Perišić. The winning goal by the Croats was scored in the 109th minute of the game (overtime) by Mario Mandžukić.
Now, the finals will be played between France and Croatia on July 15 at the Luzhniki Stadium at 8:30 pm (IST).
The match for the third place will be played between Belgium and England on July 14th at Saint Petersburg Stadium at 7:30 pm.
