India has added another four medals to its tally at the 18th Asian Games being held in Indonesia on Saturday after winning two Golds In Boxing and Bridge event, Silver in Women's Squash Team event and bronze in Men's hockey.
Boxer Amit Panghal defeated reigning Olympic champion Hasanboy Dusmatov of Uzbekistan in the final of Men's Light Flyweight 49 kilogram category.
The second gold medal came in the Bridge Men's Pair event where Pranab Bardhan and Shibhnath Sarkar finished top of the table with 384 points.
They defeated the Chinese pair Liain Yang and Gang Chen by six points.
In Squash women team of Chinnappa Joshana, Dipika Pallikal Karthik, Sunayna Kurivilla and Tanvi Khanna bagged Silver after being defeated by Hong Kong, China 2-0.
Beating Pakistan 2-1, Indian Men's hockey team clinched a Bronze medal. Akashdeep hit the first goal and second was scored by Harmanpreet.
India now stands at 8th position with 69 medals – 15 gold, 24 Silver and 30 Bronze. China still leads the medals tally followed by Japan.
