Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address at the 74th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on Friday in New York urged all the world's nations to unite in the fight against terrorism, saying that it was the greatest threat to humanity and the biggest global challenge.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inhis address at the 74th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on Friday inNew York urged all the world's nations to unite in the fight against terrorism,saying that it was the greatest threat to humanity and the biggest globalchallenge.

On the global warming issue, PMModi said India has been making its contribution by planting millions of trees.

PM Modi says the world will witness 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi who gave the message of peace and prosperity.

Before delivering the speech Prime Minister's Office (PMO) shared some pictures from the UNGA where India would be sitting. "All set for the UN General Assembly session," PMO tweeted.
