The TDP president and Andra Pradesh CMChandrababu Naidu concludes a meeting with AICC President Rahul Gandhi at NewDelhi on May 18 just before the final phase polls and declaration of theelection results on May 23.
In the one hour long meeting with Gandhi, Mr.Naidu discussed about the future plans to bring together all the parties whichare against the BJP after the declaration of the election results and overrepolling at Chandragiri Assembly.
Theleaders discussed to firm up an anti BJP Front to keep them out of power. Reportssaid that, the leaders have decided upon a meeting with the leaders of theanti-BJP Front on 21 or 22 and incase if that is not possible they will ask therepresentatives of the anti-BJP parties to remain in Delhi so that a memorandumcan be submitted to the President of India, urging him to invite the alliancefirst. Both are expecting that the alliance would get 340 plus seats.
Mr. Naidu is also scheduled to meet the BSPchief and former CM Mayawati and SP president Akhilesh Yadav in Lucknow todayevening.
Mr. Naidu is also in touch with TrinamoolCongress chief Mamata Banerjee and had also met the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal todiscuss over this matter.
