The Bombay High Court would be hearing Aryan Khan's bail application on October 26 (Tuesday), lawyer Satish Maneshinde informed.
The court was asked to hear the matter through video conferencing but the judge refused, he said.
On Thursday, Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan reached Arthur Road jail where his son Aryan Khan is lodged for nearly three weeks since his arrest.
As per reports, the accused were not allowed to have visitors earlier in the wake of the COVID-19 but the restrictions were eased starting today. However, only two family members of an inmate are allowed to visit.
The actor left after spending 20 minutes — the maximum time allowed for the visitors — with his son. Shahrukh met son Aryan through a glass wall and talked to him through an intercom.
Aryan was refused bail on Wednesday by a special court, following which he moved a bail application in the Bombay High Court against NDPS court order.
