An Indian team hands over the body of 7-year-old to the Pakistan Army

The body of a seven-year-old boy was fished out from Kishanganga River near Achoora Sindiyal area in Gurez Valley of north Kashmir's Bandipora district and was handed over to the Pakistan Army on Thursday.

According to a report by Greater Kashmir, "the body was handed over to Pakistan army by the officials of the district administration Bandipora, police and Indian Army at Dudgai Post Chorwan."

The minor boy, identified as Abid Ahmad Sheikh of Minimarg Astoor area of Gilgit Balochistan, had drowned in Neelum river, the tributary of Kishanganga river.

He had gone missing while on his way to school.
