Women abducted from train in Hojai

A  woman was allegedly abducted from a train in Hojai on Wednesday.  The  women came from Dimapur to her hometown in  Hojai when she was allegedly abducted.  The women has been identified as Lakshmi Rani Bora who was traveling on Avadh Assam Express.

The incident came to light after the women called her parents on Thursday evening and said she has been abducted and  the abductors threatened to kill her.

There has also been allegation against the GRP of not taking any steps after the family lodged a complaint.
