TheNational Investigation Agency (NIA) has released the names and photographs ofthe persons believed to have been involved in the massacre of MLA Tirong Abohand 10 others near Bogapani in Tirap district on 21 May.
Theposters consist of information regarding a few NSCN cadres, includingself-styled Lt Col Apem, a resident of Tizit in Nagaland; self-styled CaptainEllie Ketok, a resident of Kheti village under Tirap district of ArunachalPradesh; self-styled 'Kilonser' Ravi Wangno, a resident of Dadam village underTirap district of Arunachal Pradesh; self-styled Major General AbsolonTangkhul, a resident of Phatang village under Ukhrul district of Manipur; andself-styled Captain Victor Tangkhul, a resident of Ukhrul district of Manipur.
As per the posters, the NIA has also announced cash rewardsranging from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 3 lakh for the individual(s) who can provideinformation leading to the arrest of the accused.
