Sonari MLA Nabanita Handique’s Son Tests COVID-19+

Sonari MLA Nabanita Handique's son Karanjyoti Handique has tested positive for COVID-19. Her driver and one of her close aide have also been infected with the virus.

The driver Kartik Bora and the close aide Jishnu Paul have been detected with COVID-19 on Thursday along with Nabanita's son. However, she was tested negative.

Meanwhile, MP Tapan Gogoi and Minister Jogen Mohan have also come in contact with MLA Handique on Thursday.
