Young-promising Rajasthan Royals' batsman Riyan Parag is playing his second IPL match against Mumbai Indians on Saturday at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium.
The video of Riyan's sporting a traditional Axomiya Gamusa while playing his second IPL match is doing the rounds in social media.
Seven runs come off Parag's first over. Parag is greeted by Surya with a maximum straight down the ground.
Riyan made his IPL debut against Chennai Super Kings at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium on April 11.
Riyan made his Twenty20 debut for Assam in the 2016-17 Inter State Twenty-20 tournament in 2017.
In October 2017, he was named in India's squad for the 2017 ACC Under-19 Asia Cup. He made his first-class debut for Assam in the 2017-18 Ranji Trophy against Hyderabad and has one fifty to his credit.
Parag was India's second highest run-getter behind Prithvi Shaw in the youth Tests and played a crucial role during the India's win in Chesterfield.
