Reportedly, the BJP-led central government had satisfied with the implementation of the PMAY-G scheme in the state. The rates of completion of the PMAY houses across the State during the two fiscal years were markedly better than that of earlier years.

During the two financial years, altogether 1,74,863 PMAY houses were constructed as against the sanctioned 2,26,535 PMAY houses (as on the first part of June 2019).
