Nalbari has recorded 129 points while just below Nalbari lies Nagaon(125) and Guwahati (115). This is noteworthy anything below 100 is considered safe.
Shockingly New Delhi is right now between 716-900 points, which means breathing poison.
Guwahati has been the bad reputation of being the most polluted and noisy during Diwali but thanks to the Pratidin Time relentless campaign, the response have been tremendous.
