A van fell into the Brahmaputra River on Monday in North Lakhimpur's Khabolu Ghat.

The incident took place when a brick and cement carrying van while being loaded in to a ferry toppled over and fell at the shore of the river partially submerged.

Meanwhile, the driver narrowly escaped.
