Jorhat Police Arrests Absconding Rape Accused from Nagaland

The Assam Police on Saturday arrested a rape accused who had been absconding for a long time, reports said.

As per reports, the accused has been identified as Brindabon Bora. He had reportedly fled from Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH).

Right after the rape-accused fled from the JMCH, the Jorhat Police launched extensive search operations to nab him.

Reports said that the police was finally able to nab Bora in Nagaland where he was seeking shelter.
