The inter-district travel will be allowed on Monday and Tuesday every week, informed Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Talking about the COVID-19 scenario in Guwahati, the minister said that the situation is now under control and that it has been expected the situation will be stable by August 30.
He also said that during the Unlock 3, the shopping malls and shops in both left and right sides shall be opened.
However, the night curfew will continue from 6 PM to 6 AM.
Meanwhile, the government offices could be made functional with 100 percent employees from August 2.
