The first chapter of an informative book, named 'Aamar Namghar', based on 1300 Namghars engulfing its historical significance and important contributions on pastoral society is set to be published soon.
All the information related to the contributions of the Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardeva-Madhabdeva, in the aforementioned book, had been taken up as an initiative of Sri Sri Auniaiti Xatra Xatradhikar Dr Pitambar Deva Goswami in collaboration with the Sadin Pratidin Group and Assam's several renowned personalities.
The editing of the first chapter of the book based on the data collected in the first phase and its draft is almost complete.
Propreitor of Sadin Pratidin group, Jayanta Baruah on request of the Xatradhikar Deva Goswami had taken up the responsibility of taking the book in the midst of the people.
On Thursday, with a 900 page draft edited by Dr Naren Kalita, Dr Pitambar deva Goswami along with famous journalist Dhiren Chakrabarty, Robin Bhuyan, renowned writer-actor Pabitra Sharma and a delegation reached the Sadin Pratidin's office and handed over the draft to Baruah.
In a discussion held on Thursday, it was informed that within a span of 10 days, following proofreading, the draft will be sent for printing and publishing.
It has come to light that the first chapter of the book is set to be released mid-October, in the presence of the President of India and spiritual leaders.
