HYCP Demands to Form Special Task Force to Curb Jihadis

Reacting on National Investigation Agency (NIA) Chief Jogesh Chandra Modi's statement on 125 Jihadis entering into the country, the Hindu Yuba Chatra Parishad (HYCP) said that the Jihadis entered Bangalore and Assam.

Addressing a press conference here today, the Hindu Yuba Chatra Parishad said that out of the 125 Jihadis, a large number have entered Assam and have settled in the char areas in the state.

They further raised the question on the Assam government asking if they know how many Jihadis have entered into the state.

The Parishad further claims that they have also submitted a memorandum to the government five years ago to identify the Jihadis but the government has not taken any step to identify it. "The members of Jamatul Muzahiddin entered Assam in order to take revenge for not being allowed the Rohingyas to give a permanent place. Both the state and the central government are acting like blinds to eliminate the Jihadis from both the state as well as from the country," the Parishad added.

The Parishad also demanded that a special task force should be formed inorder to exterminate the Jehadis. They also claim that the terrorist groupshave also started training in many areas in the state and also opened bankaccounts.

If the government won't take any step against it, the situation willworsen in Assam as well as in other parts of the country.
