Guwahati school bus conductor held for rape

Guwahati city police apprehended a bust conductor of a city school for allegedly of raping a girl.

Basistha police on Wednesday arrested one named Manoj Kalita, a bus conductor of 9^th mile Kendriya Vidyalaya, on allegations of rape.

Kalita has been accused of raping a minor student of the same school he works as bus conductor.

The incident came to light following a complaint from school management and family members of the alleged victim accusing of rape against Kalita.
