Goalpara’s Lakhipur Block Congress VP Found Dead under Mysterious Circumstances

The block Congress committee vice president at Lakhipur unit in Goalpara district was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Saturday morning.

The body of the said vice president of the Lakhipur block identified as Nur Bahar was found lying at a paddy field in Chunari village.

The culprits behind the suspicious act are yet to be traced. However, the police have begun an investigation into the incident.

Meanwhile, the body of the said Congress leader has been sent for post-mortem.
