Ghy-North Ghy ferry services resume

FerryServices connecting Guwahati to North-Guwahati has been reopened which wastemporarily stopped due to the Cyclone Fani.

Theadministration had ordered shutting down of the services on May 04 and May 05.

It may be noted that heavy rains and gushing winds had devastated all the Ferry ghats. Only after the repair of the ghats, the services had been allowed to be resumed for the commuters.
