Heavy rainfall brought life to a near standstill at Jorabat in Guwahati as the NH37 was inundated up to 3 feet by flash floods on Sunday.

Reportedly, the conditions of NH37 at the regionsin Jorabat become worst.

Commuters and several vehicles remain strandeddue to the flood. Traffic snarls were also reported from many parts of theregion.
