Additional deputy commissioner of Kamrup (M) Pulak Mahanta had been suspended for allegedly making derogatory remarks on Chief Justice of India (CJI) Ranjan Gogoi.
The ADC has been placed under suspension on Monday after a video of the ADC exclusively aired on Pratidin Time.

But, reportedly when the CJI entered in Guwahati airport, Mahanta said "heitu ahise, bandh kori tho" and ordered the parade band "boja boja" and these had been caught in camera that went viral in social media.
