As informed by the academic registrar of the university, Bodoland University's decision of prohibiting students to write honors and professional courses in Assamese changed after the party-organization protest.

The move ensures that students will have the option to write their exams in either Assamese or English, providing them with greater flexibility and accommodating their language preferences.
