The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA's displayed play card in front of Assam Legislative Assembly on Tuesday. Ranjit Das, President of Bharatiya Janata Party Assam Pradesh, Sibu Mishra MLA of Lumding constituency, Shiladitya Dev, MLA from HOJAI displayed the price list of various items.
They claimed that the prices of various items have been lower by the BJP government than that of the Congress regime. They also alleged that the flow of black money and corruption have minimized in the country which has made Congress Party losse control and call for Bandhs. Surprisingly the BJP MLA's supported the hike in the bus fares.
The MLA's said that the hike in bus fare prices is legitimate as it has increased after a long time. The price hike in the petrol and diesel do not affect the poor section as the they do not own vehicles, said the BJP MLA's.
