Assam Schools To Remain Closed After Summer Vacation

The Assam government on Monday informed that schools will remain closed even after summer vacation which ends tomorrow.

The decision was taken in view of the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the state, an order by the Secondary Education Department stated.

It however directed all concerned departments to take steps to conduct online classes so that there is continuity of the students learning process.

The order will come into force immediately.
