Assam: Man Brutally Murders His Wife and Surrenders in Tezpur

A tragic incident unfolded at a village in Tezpur, within the jurisdiction of the Barghat police station as a man brutally murdered his wife.

The perpetrator identified as Indrajit Ghosh, wielded a sharp weapon to fatally attack his wife, Shanti Ghosh.

Following the heinous act, Indrajit Ghosh surrendered himself to the police, weapon in hand. Initial investigations suggest that the murder stemmed from a contentious family dispute
