Meanwhile, both the students' bodies have proposed for a three subject formula for the students and urged the government to announce the date sheet public at the earliest so that students can prepare for examinations.
Earlier last week, the minister had said that the HSLC and HS examinations will be held after the Covid caseload dips below 1 per cent.
Meanwhile, the delay and suspense regarding the examinations have created mental turmoil among students, triggering them to run a Twitter campaign primarily demanding the cancellation of exams.

The exams for both HSLC under State Education Board of Assam (SEBA), while HS conducted by Assam Higher Secondary Educational Council (AHSEC) were scheduled to hold their respective examinations from May 11.
The exams were deferred due to the prevailing situation of the deadly contagion – coronavirus, however, there has been a sharp decline in the cases.
