FormerMLA and an Assam Agitation veteran Kiran Chandra Gogoi passed away in themorning today.
Gogoibreathed his last at a private hospital in Dibrugarh.
He servedas an executive member of the Assam Sahitya Sabha and also as a president ofthe Dibrugarh district Sahitya Sabha.
