After Asom Gana Parshad (AGP) president Atul Bora picked up a wellknown and hard core rhino poacher to fight for Gaon Panchayat president in the upcoming Panchayat poll, congress has followed suit and have given candidature to another rhino poacher named Dilowar Hussain in Biswanath. Dilowar Hussain will contest for the post of Gaon Panchayat President from Biswanath's Suaguri.
This has shocked and demoralized the Assam police and the Kaziranga national park forest authorities as the poacher was arrested multiple occasions is now out on bail.
There are also complaints lodged against the dreaded poacher at Biswanath and Bagori to which the court haven't given clean sheet.
The cases are still going on at Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Court,Kaliabor and he under trial.
Locals of the area are in shock and outrage after the dreaded rhino poacher was given candidature by the Congress Party.
