5 Agriculture Department official-employees suspended

Five officials and employees of the Agriculture Department have been suspended on Friday. The suspension has been ordered by Minister of Agriculture Atul Bora.

The suspended officials-employees were allegedly involved in illegal activities at government quarters on September 10.

Those suspended are:

Someswar Prasad Varma,

Abdul Rahman

Gopi Mohan Goyary

Pankaj Chandra Das

Suren Prasad

A show-cause notice has been issued in context of the incident.
