Guwahati: Three Cops Arrested For Assaulting OC of Geetanagar PS

Three police personnel were arrested for allegedly assaulting the Officer in-Charge of Geetanagar police station in Guwahati. 

The incident was reported from Zoo road area on Sunday night. 

The arrested include a sub-inspector, a trainee police and two constables. 

The reason for the escalation is yet to be established. 

Following the incident, the trio was taken into custody for further legal proceedings.
