Maharashtra's woes do not seem to end any sooner as now a dam breach has wrecked havoc in Ratnagiri. According to reports, six people have been killed and over 20 persons are missing after Tiware Dam breach last night after heavy rains.

Consequently, incident has caused a flood-like situation in seven downstream villages, including Akle, Riktoli, Ovali, Kalkavne and Nandivase, which has washed away 13 houses near the dam.
