In a lethal attack in Kashmir's Pulwama on Thursday, over 40 CRPF jawan lost their lives. Following which, people across the country had expressed their grief and support to the families of those soldiers who lost their lives in the attack. Among all, Amitabh Bachchan, Nita Ambani's Reliance Foundation, Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Star boxer Vijender Singh have expressed their willingness to take the responsibility of martyrs children and families.
BIG B Amitabh Bachchan will be donating Rs. 5 lakh each to the families of the martyrs, who lost their lives in the recent Pulwama terror attack.
Virender Sehwag offered to bear the educational expenses of children of all the CRPF personnel martyred in the Pulwama terror attack.

The former India opener Gautam Gambhir said he has kept the connection alive with a foundation that supports "children of martyrs
"We are sponsoring 50 children right now, we are going to increase the number to 100," Gambhir added.
On the other hand, Star boxer Vijender Singh, who is employed with Haryana Police, is donating a month's salary.
