The hearing of the bail plea of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been adjourned on Tuesday and the court will resume the hearing on Wednesday, ANI reported.
Bombay High Court had refused to conduct hearing on bail plea via video conferencing and said the matter will be taken up physically on October 26.
"This case has attracted public gaze and media attention only due to his parents otherwise this case would not have even been mentioned like this," former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi argued for Aryan Khan in today's hearing.
On October 21, the high court adjourned the bail hearing of Aryan Khan and other accused in the case.
Last Wednesday, a special Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court in Mumbai had denied bail to Aryan Khan accused in the cruise drugs case.
The special court had rejected his bail application observing that Aryan Khan indulged in "illicit drug activities and connected to peddlers."
Since October 8, Aryan has been lodged in Arthur Road jail in the drug bust case. The superstar's son had been denied bail twice by the Mumbai courts.
Aryan Khan was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) along with Arbaaz Merchant, model Munmun Dhamecha and others following a raid at a cruise ship party on Oct 2.
