Amidst the prevailing tensions between India and China following the deadly face-off, and the subsequent economic backlash started by India against China, the Indian Diaspora living in the USA today hit the streets demanding economic boycott and diplomatic isolation of China.
Many Indian American people living in the states of New York and New Jersey, along with the officials of a diaspora organization named Federation of Indian Associations (FIA), reportedly rented the air with the slogans of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai', 'Boycott Made in China' and 'Stop Chinese Aggression'. Interestingly, the protesters were also joined by several members of the Tibetan and Taiwanese communities living there. While China considers Taiwan as their part, scores of Tibetans have, time and again, highlighted their plight under the Chinese rule.
