Mobile banking Trojans, one of the most infamous malware, designed to steal money from mobile users' bank accounts hits the list of cyber headaches in Q2 2018.The installation packages peaked at over 61000, help the attackers avoid detection by security solutions and expand their arsenal.
The Kaspersky lab experts express concerns over such mobile malware growth.
The Kaspersky Labs Q2 IT evolution reports that this represents a historic high. More than a threefold growth when compared with Q1 2018 and over doubles the installation in Q1 2017

The top three countries in Q2 2018 with the biggest share of users attacked with mobile banking malware as a proportion of all users attacked with mobile banking malware was the following: USA (0.79%) and Poland (0.7%).
The threat from such malwares raises concerns regarding mobile users' security. The experts have asked the users to be cautious from such malicious softwares and cybercriminals.
