Assam shines with 11 medals in 64th National School Games

In yet another inspiring performance, the Assam team has performed exceptionally well in the 64th National School Games Wushu Championship being held in New Delhi (Boy's Event) and Ranchi, Jharkhand (Girl's Event).

Wushu as a sport has rapidly grown in the state in the past decade. Medals were won by Khwrwm Muchahari (Silver), Deba Basumatary (Bronze), Mahidhar Rabha (Bronze), Dilip Brahma (Bronze), Sanswrang Narzary (Bronze), Bitupon Gogoi (Bronze), Karabi Rajbongshi (Gold), Chisilia Mushahary (Silver), Hongbari Timungpi (Silver), Sunita Limbu (Bronze) and Bandana Muchahary (Bronze).
