Again Non-Assamese to head Oil India

Once again, another Non-Assamese is all set to headthe Oil India Limited (OIL). Sushil Kumar Mishra has been selected as the nextChairman cum Managing Director (CMD) of OIL on Wednesday. The current CMD ofOIL is Utpal Bora from Assam.

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has held interview for the selection of candidate for the post of OIL CMD and it recommended the name of Sushil Kumar Mishra for the post of CMD.

Mishra, now Executive Director of OIL, Rajasthan, will take over the charges from Utpal Bora on August 31. He hails from Uttar Pradesh.
