MCMary Kom (51kg) won the bronze medal at the Women's World Championships inUlan-Ude, Russia, after losing semi-final match against second seed BusenazCakiroglu.
MaryKom lost the bout 4-1 against the European champion and Cakiroglu will now takeon Russia's Liliya Aetbaeva in the final.
Itmay be mentioned here that this was Mary Kom's eighth world medal.
