Manipur: Assam Rifles Seize IEDs, Explosives Along Indo-Myanmar Border

Troopers of Assam Rifles seem to have averted a major terror attack in Manipur as three IEDs and other explosive materials were recovered along the Indo-Myanmar border in Kamjong district.

According to an official statement, a search operation was launched near the border based on credible information.

During the operation, the troops recovered the IEDs along with some explosive sticks, detonators and safety fuses.

They have now been handed over the Kamjob police station for further legal proceedings.
