Afghan troops gundown ISIS terrorist involved in killing over 25 Sikhs

Pakistani-origin terrorist Assadullah Orakzai who was the ISIS Khorasan Head of Intelligence in Iran was killed by the National Directorate of Security (NDS), the Afghan intelligence agency in an operation near Jalalabad city of Nangarhar province, as reported by TOLO news.

ISIS Khorasan carried out the March 25 Kabul gurdwara attack in which at least 25 Sikhs were massacred.

The agency said in a statement late Saturday night, "The Special Units of the NDS have eliminated Ziaurrahman known as Assadullah Orakzai, the native of Akhel Orakzai agency of Pakistan during a targeted operation".

Orakzai, the NDS said, was involved in plotting deadly attacks on a number of military and civilian targets in Afghanistan.
