Wild elephant creates terror across the state

The wild elephants have caused terror across the various regions of the state for a long time.

Such an incident has taken place at the Rongapara-Balipara region inSonitpur district, where a group of 7/8 elephants had entered into a tea estatein search of food. However, the locals succeed to send back the elephants fromthe tea estate.

Moreover, one had died due to an elephant attack in Jamogurihat on Monday night. As per reports, the deceased has been identified as Jabbar Ali (62), who came outside after dinner; the wild elephants attacked him to death.

Similarly, man-elephant conflict is still going on in Rangjuli. On Monday night, a huge group of wild elephants had come and destroyed the paddy fields of the region along with the houses and the respiratory.

The locals tried their best to send back the elephants and finally, the elephants had gone back on Tuesday morning.

In between such wild elephant terror, one wild elephant had died in Kampur on Monday. The locals seem gathered at the scene to see the elephant once.
