Wild elephant causes terror in Barhampur

Wild elephants caused havoc in the variousregions near Samaguri on Friday night.

Reportedly, the wild elephants have destroyed a house and the repository of a family at the Sivasthan region in Barhampur. Fortunately, the members of the families could managed to escape from the scene.

It may be mentioned that the locals of the area are terrified by the havoc of the elephant are having sleepless nights.

It has been alleged by the locals of the region that despite the Forest Department had reached the scene in time, but they failed to send back the wild elephants from the region.
