WATCH | Elephant enters Narengi Army canteen

In a shocking incident, anelephant entered the Narengi Army canteen in Guwahati on Wednesday afternoon.

The elephant entered thecanteen of Narengi army cantonment in search of food and later chased away bythe staff of the canteen. This has become a regular feature in the army cantonmentas the Army has not been able to handle the group of elephants that roam aroundthe Amchang forest.

According to reports, the Army is trying to figure out how to protect itself from the herd of elephant even if the cantonment is strengthened with armours, military installations, and weapons.
