In a sensational incident at Teok, a man allegedly attacked an elderly person with a blade for not being able to return the money taken in interest.

One Mahmood Hussain has allegedly attacked Sulaiman Hussain as his son Imdadul Hussain has taken an amount of Rs. 3500 in interest from Mahmood. But the amount has increased to Rs. 45,000 after interest and Imdadul's father has returned Rs. 15,000 to Mahmood. But as they couldn't return the remaining amount, Mahmood tried to kill Sulaiman by attacking with a blade on Thursday night.

Sulaiman was rushed to Kakojan Hospital after the incident but it was alleged that the watchman of the hospital has treated Sulaiman as there was no doctor in the hospital.

A case has been registered at Lahdoigarh police station on the incident and police have started the investigation.
