A suspected foreigner has been arrested from Morigaon by border police. The arrested person has been identified as Kamal Hussain.

Hussain was declared as foreigner by Foreigners' Tribunals although hisname was published in the NRC.

A case was also registered against him in 2016 in the Foreigners' Tribunal under Case No FTC 140/16. The Foreigners Tribunals has declared him a foreigner in June this year.

The border police arrested Hussain when he went to sale his jewelry which is his source of income.

On the one hand, he has been declared foreigner, and on the other, his name along with his entire family, has been included in the NRC.
