Meanwhile, the SP Morigaon Swapnaneel Deka, (APS) has transferred Mikirbheta Police station OC Amitabh Senchowa and replaced Mridul Hazarika as new OC of the PS; the transfer of the OC by the SP is a punitive action against him.
