Secretary General of Asam Sahitya Sabha Jadav Sarma has tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday evening. Sarma was suffering from cold and cough for a few days and went for Rapid Antigen Test yesterday. His result came out positive in the test.

Sarma decided to stay in home isolation. The health department also filled up all the forms for formality and advised Sarma to go for home isolation as he is not critical of the disease.
