Samir Sinha Appointed as Principal Secretary to CM

Principal Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Assam, Samir Sinha has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the new Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Sinha has replaced former Principal Secretary Paban Borthakur.

Meanwhile, Paban Borthakur has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Cultural Affairs department.
